Nick grew up playing various sports in western Pennsylvania. From 2003-2008, he attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania as a student in Exercise Science and an athlete on the school’s swim team. He then became a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and began practicing yoga, and later teaching it, after realizing how much he needed it and how difficult yoga could be. Nick was injured a few times from surfing and other sportsm and didn’t have health insurance, so he had to use his body awareness he gained from yoga to fix himself. Learning quite a bit from his yoga practice, Nick decided he wanted to use that knowledge and personal experience to help others. That is when he found out that Wor-Wic Community College was starting a Physical Therapy Assistant program, which he attended and graduated from in May of 2018.
